Career Path and Compensation:

 - First-year income: $65,000-$85,000 (plus $6,000 annual bonus for a 4-year degree) 

- District Manager (2-3 restaurants): $85,000-$115,000 (average promotion within 1-2 years) - Division Manager (6-9 restaurants): $115,000-$145,000 (average promotion within 3-5 years)

Benefits and Ownership: 

- Invest up to 10% in Waffle House stock with a $16,000 stock option on your first day 

- Annual stock options and increasing value with each promotion
